There are several reasons in Advocating for women and children’s rights for the sake of humanity. While the entire communities felt harmed in struggle, they bear the brunt of conflict. We want them protected and respected from all kinds of violence and aggression for they stand for the womb of humanity. We need the justice to be established because without respect of human rights, including protection of the women and children’s rights as well as gender’ rights- a just society is not a reality. Tolerance and non-discrimination is the key. Then, healthy, educated, and empowered women are better able to raise healthy, educated, and confident daughters and sons. By empowering women to overcome the effects of poverty and poor health, they can and will live full and productive lives- and so will their children, families, and communities. ”Investing in women and children’s rights is saving millions of people’s lives”.
Children around the world have been facing with many barriers hindering their opportunities to a fulfilled life, such as migration, exploitation, poverty, violence, discrimination, etc. The COVID-19 pandemic which struck a year before has continued to take its toll on children’s physical and mental health, as well as their physical and online access to education Or, Child’rights and rural women’s equal economic rights, economic empowerment and independence are essential to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda.
